Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least an Higher Secondary / STPM / ’A’ level / Pre-U, Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Education / Teaching / Training / or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal & presentation skills with good command in spoken and written in English
- Possess responsible, energetic & positive mindset
- Able to communicate in Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia languages will be an added advantage
- Computer literacy
- At least At least 2 years of working experience in the related field, preferably from the education industry
Tanggungjawab
- To conduct English lessons for PMR, SPM students to working adults
- To develop and deliver lesson plans following syllabus & curriculum
- To convey prepared lessons plan whilst using appropriate teaching methods
- To establish and maintain performance and quality awareness among students
- To access, evaluate and review each student’s overall performances and progresses
- To guide, facilitate and motivate students to enable their competency, knowledge and discipline development
- Able to diversify teaching approach in relevant to the students’ ability to cope
- Guileless in undertaking all assignments set by the school
