Proactive, responsible and comfortable making decisions.

Experience in e-commerce, livestreaming or event operations is an advantage.

Oversee daily company operations and coordinate departments.

Manage the team, assign tasks and monitor deadlines and work quality.

Coordinate livestreams, events and company projects.

Carry out the boss’s instructions and improve work processes.

Make operational decisions on behalf of the boss within authorised limits; seek approval for major matters.

Report all work progress, decisions and issues directly to the boss and take responsibility for execution.
