Job Summary

The Retail Coordinator supports the smooth day-to-day operations of multiple retail outlets/branches by coordinating between headquarters and branch teams. This rolehandles administrative, logistical, and communication tasks to ensure branches are well stocked, compliant with company standards, and operating efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily branch operations
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve company targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve goals
• Handle branch administration, inventory, and operational matters
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company policies
• Resolve customer issues and maintain a positive working environment
• Perform and manage ad‑hoc tasks or assignments as required to company operations and organizational objectives

Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-oriented with good business acumen
• Able to work independently and manage a team effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Responsible, proactive, and result-driven

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
