Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Diploma holder in any profession
  • Preferably with retail experience in telecommunication services and products
  • Minimum 1 year of working experiences in the related field
  • Able to work in shift and retailing hours included weekend and public holiday
  • Sales and service oriented and team player
  • Must able to speak English / Mandarin / Bahasa

Tanggungjawab

  • Politely and proactively present and attentive towards U-mobile service centre customers, handling service request, product enquiries, promotion Q and A and other duties assign by the branch manager
  • Provide/conduct training or demonstration = consumer (pre/post purchase)
  • Facilitate on job training to further elevate the product knowhow demonstrated by the retail team
  • Participate or initiate store briefing to provide product knowledge or sales talk recap
  • Attend to shopper enquiries and provide benefit sales presentation
  • Actively promote U-Mobile range of product to complement the primary product
  • Prepare or have available any necessary documentations/reports for meetings and presentations
  • Radiate positive energy and communicate professionally as well maintain an effective communication

  • 1 rest day per week on weekday / 6 days x 8 hours / Day
