Finance, HR & Administration Manager
Salary: RM6,000 – RM8,500 per month

We are looking for an experienced Finance, HR & Administration Manager to oversee the company’s finance, human resources and general administrative functions. The successful candidate will work closely with director to ensure effective financial control, regulatory compliance and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounts
- Oversee full set of accounts and overall financial operations.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, payment planning, receivables and payables.
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and other external parties.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, SST, tax and e-Invoice requirements.
- Monitor customer collections, supplier payments and company expenses.
Human Resources
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records and staff administration.
- Handle payroll-related matters, leave, attendance and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and HR requirements.
- Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters and other HR documentation.
- Manage and coordinate foreign worker matters, including work permit applications, renewals and related documentation with relevant authorities/agencies.
Administration & Management Support
- Oversee general office administration and internal documentation.
- Coordinate with government agencies, banks and relevant external parties when required.
- Maintain proper company records, policies and administrative procedures.
- Assist Management in improving internal processes and operational controls.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial exposure.
- Good understanding of accounting, cash-flow management and HR administration.
- Familiarity with Malaysian statutory requirements, payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and basic employment regulations.
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with Management and external parties.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing or SME environment will be an added advantage.
Salary offered will depend on experience and overall competency.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
