Dental Assistant & Front Desk Representative

Position Overview We are seeking a versatile and multi-talented Dental Assistant / Front Desk Representative to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will bridge clinical care and administrative operations, ensuring our patients receive exceptional care from the moment they check in to the end of their treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Chairside Assistance

• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all equipment adheres to safety and hygiene protocols.
• Assist the dentist during diagnostic, preventive, and restorative dental procedures.
• Take digital X-rays, impressions, and dental photos as needed.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care instructions, and preventive habits.

Front Desk & Administrative Support

• Greet patients warmly upon arrival, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Answer incoming phone calls, address patient inquiries, and schedule or confirm appointments.
• Collect co-pays, process payments, and assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Front Desk Administrator in a dental practice preferred.

• Education & Certifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
