Role Description The Research Analyst role at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. In this role, the analyst will review and interpret academic and market reports, extract key insights, and structure information within Atlas Workspace’s tools and frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting quantitative and qualitative research, performing data analysis, and synthesizing findings into clear narratives or visual summaries. The analyst will collaborate with product and design teams to identify research needs, validate hypotheses with data, and support new feature development. The role also involves preparing concise reports, communicating findings to internal stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all research outputs.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistics for interpreting data and identifying patterns.
- Experience in market research and broader research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative approaches.
- Clear and effective communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work with research tools, databases, and visualization software; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Economics, Data Science, Business, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
- Experience in technology, SaaS products, or research-focused platforms is beneficial.
