Kerja Sepenuh Masa Sales Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Green Summit Development Sarawak - Maukerja

Primary Objectives:

• Sales Support: To support sales activities that drive customer engagement, sales growth, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Drive sales growth and liaise with lawyers, purchasers, and banks to ensure timely completion of loan drawdowns, SPA documentation and down payment processes.
• Sales Support: Manage customer inquiries, leasing rental follow-up, and loan-related support, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Support: Assist in sales kit preparation, project launches, roadshows and showhouse visits, showroom setups, sales gallery arrangements and ensuring timely readiness of marketing tools such as billboards, buntings, and brochures.
• Sales Support: Update and cross-check buyer housing information and Sales & Purchase Agreement summaries to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Update superiors from day to day basis.
• Sales Support: Provide design assistance in sales and event materials, company website, and social media platforms when required.
• Planning & Strategy Support: Conduct regular market research on customer needs, product benefits, and competitive landscapes, and recommend strategies to strengthen sales performance and lead generation.
• Finance Support & Payment Coordination: Assist in unfinanced payment and collection processes in coordination with related department to ensure no late payment from customers.
• Submit daily report in order to ensure activities according to the plan.
• Perform all other duties as directed from time to time by the Management.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
