Job Summary: The Retail Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. The role includes managing staff, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the retail store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishments.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Analyze sales reports and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Train, mentor, and develop store staff to improve performance.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and standards within the store.
• Monitor competitor activity and report on trends.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
