Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Food Technology / QA team in daily food production and quality control activities.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining food quality, safety, hygiene, and production standards.
• Assist with product development, testing, and improvement of food products and recipes.
• Conduct basic testing and recording of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining product specifications, production records, and quality documentation.
• Support sampling, inspection, and evaluation of food products during production.
• Assist in monitoring GMP, HACCP, Halal, and other food safety requirements.
• Assist with shelf-life studies, sensory evaluation, and product testing when required.
• Support the team in investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Assist with stock and raw material checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of QA and production records.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Safety, or a related field.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality control principles.
• Willing to learn and work in a food manufacturing / production environment.
• Responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
