· Manage daily sales and marketing activities for sand, quarry materials.

· Promote company products and services to existing and potential customers through social media, marketing materials, promotional posters and online platforms.

· Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

· Prepare and provide DO, invoices, quotations, pricing and product information based on customer requirements.

· Process customer orders and coordinate order details such as quantities, delivery locations and requested delivery dates.

· Follow up with customers regarding quotations, order confirmations, payments and delivery arrangements.

· Coordinate with the operations, logistics and delivery teams to ensure orders are arranged and delivered according to customer requirements.

· Liaise with suppliers, drivers and internal teams regarding stock availability, delivery schedules and transportation arrangements.

· Monitor daily orders and delivery status to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.

· Handle customer feedback, complaints and delivery-related issues and coordinate with the relevant departments for resolution.

· Compile, organize and file all invoices and relevant documents for customer orders.

· Work closely with team members to achieve monthly sales targets, improve customer satisfaction and support overall business growth.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
