Responsibility & Requirement

1) Responsible for monthly report/KPI

2) Create job Order and release to production

3) Preparing Daily Production Performance Output report

4) Assist on weekly and Monthly Report data compilation

5) Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules

6) Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor and equipment availability

7) Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality

8) Ensure production deadlines are met

9) Diploma in related fields and 2-3 years related experience

10) Knowledge in Report Writing/ presentation

11) Knowledge in Production & Delivery Planning

12) Knowledge in ERP (MAPS system)

13) Proficient with Microsoft office system

14) Strong analytical and problem solving skills

15) Excellent Organizational, time management skills / communication skills
