Responsible for delivery of customer care efforts, ensuring that all practices are in accordance with the company and department’s policies.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

i) Ensure effectiveness and excellence in customer care

ii) Manage customer complaints until case is closed.

iii) Make public announcements

iv) Daily operations at Concierge

v) Handle customer care initiatives.

vi) Any other duty as and when assigned from time to time.

vii)To comply with PDPA and Sunway Compliance Manual.

viii)To ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any unauthorized 3rd party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager or the PDP Officer

i) SPM

ii) Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience

iii) Competent in hospitality
