About the Role

You will keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. From client scheduling and training administration to marketing support and office operations, you will be the person the team relies on to keep things organised, on time and moving.

Key Responsibilities

      Initiate, coordinate and manage schedules for client meetings, appointments and deadlines.

      Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and maintain effective communication channels.

      Provide training support in administration, on-the-day assistance and research.

      Support digital marketing activities such as social media posts and client communication.

      Handle clerical work and provide administrative support for all company activities.

      Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies.

      Carry out other marketing or ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management.

Required Skills & Experience

      Bachelor's degree or Diploma, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources.

      Excellent administrative skills and good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

      Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.

      Able to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

      Excellent oral and written communication, with a good command of English.

      Good interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with people inside and outside the organisation.

      Positive and proactive in responding to colleagues and external contacts.
