Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team. If you enjoy developing new customers, building business relationships, meeting clients and achieving sales targets, we would like to hear from you!

Job Requirement

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales is preferred.

• Experience in Manufacturing, Printing, Packaging, Paper, or Label industries is an advantage.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin to deal with customers.

• Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

• Willing to travel and meet customers.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Annual Leave, EPF, SOCSO, Annual Bonus, 5 Working Days

• Basic Salary+ Attractive Commission + Allowance + Incentive

• Conveniently located for candidates from Rawang, Ijok, Setia Alam, Shah Alam, Sungai Buloh, Kepong & Klang

• Cold calling.

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.

• Proactively approach potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and customer visits.

• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Follow up on sales orders and customer feedback.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

• Provide regular sales updates and reports to the management.
