Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Sales Support - Telesales Executive di Quorse Selangor - Maukerja

We’re looking for a Sales Support & Telesales Executive to join our growing team!

This is more than just a sales administration role. You’ll be involved throughout the sales journey — from making the first call, following up with prospects, preparing quotations, processing orders and helping turn opportunities into successful sales.

MAKE THE CALLS

• Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients

• Introduce our training programmes and identify business opportunities

• Conduct telesales and generate new leads

BUILD THE RELATIONSHIPS

• Follow up with prospects, existing clients and enquiries

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Maintain regular communication with clients

SUPPORT THE SALES PROCESS

• Prepare quotations and proposals

• Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales

• Process sales orders accurately

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements

KEEP THE PIPELINE MOVING

• Update and maintain the sales database / CRM

• Track leads, quotations and follow-up activities

• Monitor sales progress and contribute towards monthly targets

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

We’re looking for someone who is:

– comfortable speaking to new people over the phone

– you don’t wait for opportunities; you create them

– you know that good sales often require good follow-up

– able to manage quotations, orders and multiple follow-ups

– motivated by achieving results

– willing to understand our products and recommend the right solutions

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, sales support, customer service or business development is an advantage

• Fresh graduates with the right attitude and strong communication skills are also welcome to apply

• Experience in training, education, corporate services or B2B sales will be an advantage

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
