Job Description
-To handle customer's incoming calls and enquiries.
- Process customers' order and ensure goods are delivered on time to them
-Establish and maintain good relationship with customer
-To prepare quotation, delivery order, invoices and other relevant documents.
-Liase with production team and warehouse to ensure the correct goods are delivered to customer
-provide after-sales support to customers
-ensure sales target is achieved every month
-manage payment collections from customers

Job Requirements
-Minimum education level: SPM
-prefer candidates with experience in sales/customer service, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
-Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
-Computer-literate
-Prefer candidates with own transport
