• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in production/manufacturing environment (FMCG or food industry preferred).
• Experience in handling GMP, HACCP, and QMS documentation is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Basic knowledge of production planning and process improvement.
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, and quality standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, reporting).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and ensure on-time production through effective coordination.
• Identify and resolve production issues such as material shortages, machine breakdowns, and process inefficiencies.
• Supervise and monitor production staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and evaluate workers to improve performance and productivity.
• Conduct production reviews, analyze data, and implement improvement plans.
• Handle customer complaints and execute CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
• Maintain and monitor QMS documentation, including due and overdue records.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP procedures, including proper documentation.
• Assist in Halal certification and related documentation when required.
