Intern 1: Talent Acquisition & Platform Support

Key duties:

• Promote talent pre-registration.
• Contact universities, colleges and student groups.
• Support registration drives and campus presentations.
• Check whether profiles meet the required completion level.
• Remind talent to upload photographs, identification and introductory videos.
• Categorise talent by location, availability, experience and preferred assignments.
• Test the talent registration and assignment-application journey.
• Record recurring questions and help improve FAQs.
• Assist talent who face registration or platform difficulties.
• Maintain a launch talent-readiness tracker.

Intern 2: Marketing & Client Engagement

Key duties:

• Research exhibition organisers, event agencies, exhibitors, roadshow companies and project consultants.
• Build and maintain the beta-hirer prospect database.
• Assist with approaching and onboarding the hirers.
• Prepare introductory emails, presentations and product information.
• Coordinate demonstrations and follow-up meetings.
• Prepare LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok content.
• Assist with Google advertising preparation and keyword research.
• Maintain the social-media calendar.
• Collect hirer feedback during testing.
• Track prospects, enquiries, demonstrations and onboarding status.
• Identify upcoming events that may require temporary talent.

Intern 3: Launch Operations & Administration

Key duties:

• Conduct end-to-end user testing.
• Test job posting, AI matching, AI interviews, booking, payment and notifications.
• Maintain issue and bug logs for the technology team.
• Check platform wording, automated notifications and help content.
• Assist with beta-user onboarding.
• Monitor unanswered enquiries and incomplete actions.
• Prepare launch reports and daily readiness updates.
• Support coordination during launch week.
• Help manage the expected increase in talent and hirer enquiries.

Job Details

• Location : Bangsar (nearby LRT)
• Working Days : Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

Pay: RM700.00 per month
