We are looking for a numbers-first analyst to join our global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team.
You will own C&B policy tracking, HR cost analytics and budgeting, and benefits and insurance analysis across the region. You will also advise the team on AI and automation.
In this role, you will be responsible to:
1. C&B policies and compliance
Track policy changes that affect pay and benefits in each market, and review the impact regularly.
Support the C&B audit and the year-end declaration.
Review C&B policies (allowances, benefits, annual wage supplement, long service awards) and recommend how to standardise them across markets.
Review pay and benefits set-up for new and existing markets.
2. HR cost analytics
Analyse and prepare the HR cost forecast.
Build and maintain the HR dashboard.
Support the annual budget cycle with modelling, benchmarking and consolidation.
Support bonus simulation and compensation benchmarking across different countries and job levels
Handle ad hoc data and analysis requests from management and the Board.
3. Benefits and insurance analysis
Track benefits and insurance costs.
Support the annual budgeting and renewal of group insurance using claim analysis, data and market insights.
Support benefits benchmarking and review.
4. AI and automation
Find manual steps in C&B processes and build AI or automation fixes.
Set up AI tools to track statutory and policy changes across markets.
Pre-requisites for this role includes:
Degree in a quantitative field is preferred (such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or Actuarial Science)
2-3 years of experience in an analytical role, for example audit or advisory, actuarial or insurance, reward consulting, or data analytics.
Advanced Excel: financial modelling, pivot tables, lookups and Power Query.
Hands-on use of generative AI tools at work
Strong attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential data.
Clear written and spoken English, and the ability to explain numbers.
