Job Responsibilities:

Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems
Maintain records and reconcile invoices & bank transactions
Assist in preparing financial reports & statements
Verify and process bills, receipts, and expense claims
Support accountants with administrative tasks

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles & data entry
Experience with Excel, accounting software (e.g. Autocount) is a plus
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Ability to work independently & meet deadlines
