About the Role

We are looking for a Assistant Manager & Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our Boost Juice store at our store. The ideal candidate is a hands-on F&B leader who can manage people, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
• Lead, coach and motivate the store team to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain Boost Juice brand standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, manpower planning and deployment.
• Monitor sales performance, productivity and store KPIs.
• Control food costs, wastage, inventory and operating expenses.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper inventory management.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies and local food safety requirements.
• Train and develop team members to improve performance and service quality.
• Support promotional activities and initiatives to drive store sales.
• Prepare and submit operational reports when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B, retail or hospitality management.
• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of sales, manpower and operational KPIs.
• Experience in managing inventory, food cost and wastage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and rotational shifts.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
