Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and data entry using AutoCount Accounting Software
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, official receipts and other accounting documents
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
• Perform bank reconciliations and update accounting records
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from customers
• Assist in preparing monthly accounting reports and year-end audit schedules
• Organise and maintain proper filing of accounting documents
• Assist with Admin & HR related works
• Monitor rental payments, utility bills, license and tenancy expiry dates
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documents

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• Candidates with at least two years of relevant working experience will have an added advantage
• Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting Software is preferred
• Basic knowledge of HR matters would be an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Responsible, organised and attentive to details
• Able to maintain the confidentiality of company and employee information
• Able to work independently and complete tasks within the required deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
