• Provide technical support and application solutions for industrial drive technology, motors, gear units, frequency inverters, and automation systems.

• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable SEW-EURODRIVE products and solutions.

• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and system specifications.

• Support commissioning, troubleshooting, testing, and site visits when required.

• Collaborate with sales, product management, and service teams to ensure successful project implementation.

• Conduct product presentations, technical training, and customer demonstrations.

• Stay updated with industry trends, automation technologies, and SEW product developments.

• Strong understanding of electrical and electronic engineering principles.

• Knowledge of motors, VFDs, servo systems, PLCs, industrial communication networks, and automation systems.

• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to travel for customer visits and site support.
