1. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee personal records, documents, and HR files.
- Prepare and issue HR letters, memos, notices, and other related documents.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of employee records.
- Assist with HR reports and other administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in recruitment activities including job advertisements, interview arrangements, and candidate coordination.
- Prepare employment documents and appointment letters for new employees.
- Assist with new employee registration, induction, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate documentation and requirements for foreign workers where applicable.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
- Monitor and update employee attendance, overtime, leave, medical leave, and other related records.
- Assist in preparing payroll-related information and supporting documents.
- Check attendance and overtime records for accuracy before submission.
- Follow up with employees and relevant departments regarding missing or incomplete records.
4. Employee & Foreign Worker Administration
- Maintain proper records of foreign workers, including work permits, passports, medical examination documents, and other relevant documents.
- Assist in coordinating matters related to FOMEMA, PLKS, immigration, PortPass, and other employment-related requirements.
- Monitor expiry dates of relevant employee documents and arrange necessary follow-up.
- Assist employees with general HR enquiries and administrative matters.
5. Employee Relations & Welfare
- Assist in handling employee enquiries, complaints, and welfare matters.
- Assist in preparing show-cause letters, warning letters, memos, and other disciplinary documentation when required.
- Maintain proper records of disciplinary and employee relations cases.
- Assist in employee welfare activities and company programmes.
6. HR Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure HR documentation is properly maintained and updated.
- Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with company policies and applicable employment requirements.
- Assist during internal audits, inspections, and other HR-related reviews.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the HR Executive / HR Manager.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
