Income Auditor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Income Auditor to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the hotel’s daily revenue and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and verify daily hotel revenue from Rooms, F&B, and other operating departments.
• Reconcile daily revenue, payments, and supporting documents.
• Check postings, discounts, rebates, voids, complimentary items, and adjustments for accuracy and proper authorization.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and highlight any discrepancies for management’s attention.
• Ensure all revenue transactions are properly recorded and comply with hotel policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain proper records and support month-end closing activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Income Audit or hotel Finance is preferred.
• Good knowledge of hotel accounting and revenue procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/POS systems.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
