Role Description
The Junior Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role involves engaging directly with customers at roadshows and events, presenting products or services, and representing client brands in a professional and approachable manner. The role includes collaborating with teammates and supervisors, following clear sales and marketing processes, and providing feedback from the field to improve campaign effectiveness. The Junior Marketing Representative will also participate in regular training, mentorship, and leadership development sessions to build skills and progress within the company.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently in face-to-face settings.
- Interest in sales and marketing, including roadshows, events, and brand ambassador activities.
- Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for event schedules and occasional extended hours.
- Collaborative mindset, reliability, and a positive, professional attitude when working in teams and with clients.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and participate actively in training, personal growth, and mentorship programs.
- Basic organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks during campaigns and events.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or field marketing is an advantage but not required.
