Kerja Sepenuh Masa Assistant Manager Fit-Out-Senior Executive Fit Out, Gaji tinggi MYR 8,000 di Berjaya Waterfront Johor - Maukerja

Overall Accountability:

In depth knowledge in fit out design, pro-active in resolving issues and to coordinate with contractors and tenants, especially on the pre-requisite requirement(s) and guideline(s) prior to the fit-out work before commencement and to resolve all fit-out related issues including defects rectification after shop commence for business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for interior fit-out design works such as pre-fit unit access, handover of vacant possession, monitor fit-out progress site inspection, etc
• To ensure the fit-out progress running smoothly and is complying strict adherence of safety rules and regulations
• Work closely with team members and coordinate between the internal departments (Leasing, Maintenance & Engineering, Finance, housekeeping and other department) for retailers’ shop opening
• To ensure timely handover of retail premises and business commencement date.
• To ensure that project performance through close supervision, site checks, close monitoring of site progress and swift resolution of any quality and work schedule issues
• To monitor project cost budgets and ensures that desired profit margins are achieved through cost containment, material wastage control, etc
• Recommends appropriate risk control measures and monitors their effectiveness with proper record keeping
• To ensure the projects are executed in accordance with established procedures
• To ensure that there is close liaison with Head Office on material inventory, tools and equipment required and manpower deployment by assigning designated personnel for the responsibility
• Lead & manage Housekeeping department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
