Sales & Operations Coordinator

Glory Food Products Pte Ltd is looking for an organised and reliable person to support our daily sales and delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, customer enquiries and sales orders.
• Issue invoices and maintain customer records.
• Plan delivery routes and coordinate with customers and delivery staff.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Process, pack and arrange dispatch of online orders.
• Handle returns and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements

• Relevant administrative, customer service or operations experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
• Organised, attentive to detail and comfortable with hands-on packing duties.

Working Hours & Location

• Monday–Friday: 8.30am–5.30pm.
• 5.5-day work week, with Saturday morning attendance required only when operationally necessary; otherwise waived.
• Public holidays observed.
