Kerja Sepenuh Masa Homeroom Teacher - Assistant Teacher, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,800 di JoyKids International Preschool Selangor - Maukerja

This position requires love, patience and respect for children. The teacher will encourage children to be independent and be a model for them through appropriate manners and behaviours. The teacher will also instruct children in activities designed to promote social, physical and intellectual growth by performing the following duties:

1. Adhere to company and safety policies and procedures.

2. Assist the Head Teacher with providing the children with a "prepared environment": Keep the classroom clean and inviting.

3. Assist with individual and/or group activities to stimulate growth of the children in social, emotional and academic areas.

4. Lead the development of the department's curriculum.

5. Assess lesson plans and current teaching methods.

6. Identify shortcomings in lessons or teaching methods.

7. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with children, parents and co-workers.

8. Participate in all open houses and school programs.

9. Implement the teacher's lesson plans and maintaining daily classroom schedules.

10. Support each child's social, emotional and intellectual growth and development.

11. Ensure the well-being and safety of children at all times.

12. Use a variety of instructional and assessment strategies, as directed by the teacher, to meet individual student needs.

13. Assist students with assignments or difficult concepts.

14. Maintaining communication with parents, staff and faculty regarding the progress of students.

Requirements:

1. Candidates with Diploma in Early Childhood Education and above will have an added advantage.

2. At least 2 years of relevant professional teaching experience, preferably in a childcare/kindergarten environment.

3. Willingness to acquire knowledge of inquiry based learning is required.

4. Applicants must be fluent in English.
