Role Description

The Quality Assurance Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Semenyih. This role is responsible for

• implementing and monitoring quality standards across construction and related activities
• ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.
• Day-to-day tasks include conducting inspections, reviewing documentation, identifying non-conformities, and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
• The Quality Assurance Executive will collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to promote continuous improvement and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• The role also involves preparing quality reports, supporting internal audits, and contributing to the development and refinement of quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure consistent compliance with standards and specifications.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to develop, implement, and maintain effective quality systems and processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to perform internal audits, assess risks, and verify adherence to quality procedures.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Technology when relevant to projects involving food-related facilities, materials, or processes.
• Candidates should have a diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, quality management, or a related field.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Candidates should have effective communication and teamwork skills to work with cross-functional site and office teams.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects, familiarity with ISO or other quality standards, and proficiency in report writing are advantageous.
