Kerja Sepenuh Masa Executive (Event management), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Beyond Saturday Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• In-charge of or assists in the planning of an event.
• Figure out the logistics and costs of running an event and communicate all aspects needed to the hiring party.
• Handle marketing duties, depending on the size and scope of the event the company is organizing.
• Understand requirements for each event.
• Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality.
• Produce quality event management work within stipulated time frame.
• Possess strong organisational skills and communication skills.
• Responsible, meticulous and creative thinker (planning & implementing).
• Experience and have good technical knowledge/technology in events platform.
• Flexible and solve ongoing issues as it often arise during the course of an event.
• Travel to ensure smooth executions of all events as and when needed.
• Review post-mortem event that has been done.
• Perform any other work-related tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.
• Must at least have 1 year of related working experience with exposure in Events Management.
• Must have strong proposal writing and servicing skills.
• Good and strong command of spoken/written English.
• Skilled in audio visual editing software.
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, process oriented, good teamwork spirit, good follow-through on work and is able to multi-task on projects & adhoc requests.
• Able to work independently and maintain focus on lengthy task.
• Have own transport, willing to travel.

**Salary offer depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
