Role Description The Account Receivable Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Cyberjaya. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, monitoring outstanding balances, and ensuring timely collection of payments in line with company policies. Daily tasks include preparing and issuing invoices, reconciling accounts, following up on overdue payments via phone and email, and updating records in the billing and accounting systems. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve billing disputes, preparing collection and aging reports, and supporting continuous improvement of receivables processes. The Account Receivable Executive will interact professionally with clients and stakeholders to maintain positive relationships while meeting collection targets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, invoicing, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in using accounting or ERP systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word).
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and payment discussions professionally.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Analytical skills for reviewing aging reports, identifying issues, and recommending action plans.
• Ability to work on-site in Cyberjaya and collaborate with a diverse, multicultural team.
• Previous experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or finance-related roles is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
