Key Responsibilities & Job Scope

KOL & Influencer Management:

  • Research, identify, and outreach to micro and macro KOLs/creators who align with Haneul's brand aesthetic and values.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer gifting, seeding campaigns, sponsored content, and long-term ambassadorships.

Affiliate Marketing:

  • Drive and manage affiliate programs (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate) to boost user-generated content and sales conversions.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and nurture relationships top-performing affiliates.

Brand Collaborations & Partnerships:

  • Source and coordinate cross-promotional campaigns, co-branding opportunities, and partnerships with complementary brands.

Event Support:

  • Help out on-ground during Haneul roadshows, product launches, and brand activations

Marketing & Ad Hoc Support:

  • Stay on top of beauty and social media trends to keep our content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Help out other Ad Hoc tasks from marketing manager.

Job Requirements

  • Experience : 1–3 years in marketing, social media, or content creation.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a great eye for spotting emerging creators and trends.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple creator campaigns at once.
  • Outgoing, energetic personality with a willingness to learn & improve

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
