Ensure the factory building, site infrastructure, and support utilities are safe, clean, fully functional, and compliant every day — so production, warehousing, and office operations run without interruption.

Keep all building-services systems running reliably: HVAC, electrical distribution & substation/transformer, water supply & drainage, compressed air lines serving the facility (non-process), lifts/hoists, fire protection systems, and standby generators. 

Plan and execute routine preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for building services and facility equipment; respond promptly to breakdowns affecting production floor support areas, offices, and warehouse. 

Manage external service providers — security, pest control, landscaping — to ensure work quality and SLA compliance. 

Inspect and maintain the building envelope (roof, walls, flooring, doors, roller shutters and loading-bay doors), perimeter fencing, factory yard/compound, drainage, and car park. 

Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, gas) at the facility level, drive energy-saving initiatives, and manage the facility maintenance budget, including minor CAPEX planning for building upgrades. 

Facility & Amenity Management: Canteen and restroom facilities upkeep and hygiene standards; Security systems: Access control, turnstiles, and perimeter monitoring; Support space-planning and layout changes for offices, storage, and common areas; Coordinate signage, wayfinding, and general housekeeping standards across the premises.
