Job Description

The Senior Recruitment Consultant – Executive Search leads end-to-end recruitment assignments and acts as a trusted talent advisor to clients, delivering hiring solutions across professional and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments

• Partner clients to understand hiring needs and priorities

• Source, assess, and interview mid- to senior-level candidates

• Provide market insights and talent advisory to clients

• Prepare high-quality candidate profiles and reports

• Build long-term client and candidate relationships

• Support junior consultants where required

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, executive search, or client-facing advisory roles

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Able to manage multiple assignments independently

• Commercially aware with a consultative mindset
