Kerja Sepenuh Masa QC Operator, Gaji tinggi MYR 1,900 di M8M Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct inspection and quality checking of incoming materials, components and finished products.

2. Perform dimensional and visual inspections according to drawings, specifications and quality requirements.

3. Use basic measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, measuring tape and other inspection tools.

4. Check and verify product dimensions, workmanship, assembly and finishing quality.

5. Identify, record and report defects, non-conformities or quality issues to the QC/QA Supervisor or relevant personnel.

6. Assist in preparing and maintaining inspection records, checklists and quality documentation.

7. Ensure inspection results are accurately recorded and properly maintained.

8. Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

9. Support corrective and preventive actions related to product quality.

10. Ensure products comply with company quality standards, customer requirements and applicable specifications.

11. Maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment.

12. Perform other quality-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management

Job Requirements

• At least SPM with Credit in Mathematics.
• Previous experience in QC/QA, manufacturing, engineering or assembly environment will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of measurements, dimensions and technical drawings.
• Able to use basic measuring tools such as vernier caliper and measuring tape.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to identify defects and follow inspection procedures and quality standards.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
• Responsible, disciplined, willing to learn and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Able to work effectively with Production, Engineering and other departments.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
