Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of voice customer service/call centre experience is required.

Chat or email-only customer service experience will not be considered.

Experience in banking or insurance is an advantage but not mandatory.

Excellent command of Simplified Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking).

Good command of English (B2 level or above).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Customer-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice calls in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate information regarding banking and insurance products and services.

Assist customers with account-related inquiries, policy information, service requests, and general enquiries.

Resolve customer issues while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Meet individual and team performance targets.
