Kerja Sepenuh Masa ADMIN ASSISTANT - PROMOTION PLANNING, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Sri Ternak Food Mart Selangor - Maukerja

Assist in planning, coordinating and executing promotional campaigns to drive sales, margin and customer value. This role ensures promotions are commercially effective, operationally executable and aligned with trading calendars, while supporting a seamless in-store customer experience.

· Support the development of promotion calendars (weekly, monthly, seasonal campaigns).

· Plan promotions aligned with commercial objectives (sales growth, margin, stock clearance).

· Work with Purchaser to select products for promotion based on performance and strategy.

· Ensure alignment with key retail events (festive seasons, payday, mega campaigns).

· Coordinate promotion setup in systems (pricing, discounts, bundles, multibuy offers).

· Ensure all promotions are accurately configured and activated on time.

· Validate promotional data before execution to avoid pricing or scanning issues.

· Monitor promotion start/end dates and ensure timely activation/deactivation.

· Track and analyze promotion performance (sales uplift, margin impact).

· Evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.

· Prepare post-promotion analysis reports.

· Work closely with Purchaser on product selection and pricing strategy.

· Coordinate with Purchaser to ensure stock availability for promotions.

· Liaise with Store Operations to ensure in store execution (display, pricing, POS readiness).

· Collaborate with Marketing on campaign communication and promotional materials.

· Ensure promotions are executed correctly at store level (pricing, signage).

· Monitor and resolve store feedback on promotion issues.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
