Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Tour Operator to manage and coordinate travel arrangements in Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia. The candidate will be responsible for planning tours, coordinating with hotels and suppliers, handling bookings, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate tours, itineraries, transfers, and sightseeing activities across Malaysia.
• Handle hotel, transportation, sightseeing, and activity bookings.
• Coordinate with local suppliers, hotels, drivers, guides, and other travel partners.
• Manage day-to-day tour operations and ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely support during the trip.
• Prepare and manage tour quotations, itineraries, vouchers, and booking confirmations.
• Monitor bookings, payments, cancellations, and amendments.
• Resolve operational issues and handle last-minute changes professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and service providers.
• Ensure clients receive a smooth, safe, and memorable travel experience.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all client requirements are properly fulfilled.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in tour operations, travel, or destination management.
• Good knowledge of Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia tourism products.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuala Lumpur (Kuala Lumpur)
