About The Job
- HR Business Partnering & Advisory: Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, performance management, retention, and organizational development across KL and JB locations.
- Employee & Industrial Relations: Manage disciplinary issues, workplace investigations, grievances, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and compliant employee separations in adherence to local labor laws.
- Compliance & Statutory Guidance: Serve as the subject matter expert on the Malaysian Employment Act, overtime eligibility, shift arrangements, statutory obligations, and employment terms.
- Employee Experience & Lifecycle: Support recruitment, oversee onboarding/offboarding, drive engagement initiatives, and champion a high-performance workplace culture.
