Style Advisor / Senior Style Advisor (Retail)

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Recommend products based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure merchandise is well displayed, replenished, and organized.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales service professionally.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
• Support stock receiving, stock counts, and inventory management.
• Work closely with the team to achieve outlet goals.

Additional Responsibilities (Senior Style Advisor)

• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Coach and mentor junior Style Advisors.
• Assist the Outlet Supervisor/Manager in daily outlet operations.
• Monitor sales performance and motivate the team to achieve KPIs.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
• Assist in staff scheduling, stock control, and operational planning.
• Handle customer escalations professionally when required.

Job Requirements Style Advisor

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
• Passionate about fashion, styling, and customer service.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
