Job Description
- Drafting, preparing, negotiating and finalizing real estate-related documentation e.g. sale and purchase agreements, lease agreement, tenancy agreement.
- Advising various clients on a broad range of real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures in respect of property development, listings of real estate investment trusts on Bursa Malaysia, and conducting property legal due diligence exercises.
- Dealing and liaising with the relevant land authorities, stamp offices and local councils pertaining to the issues and matters arising from the real estate transactions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws, LL.B.(Hons.) with 1 - 2 years of working experience in real estate matters. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Candidate must be committed, dedicated and responsible.
- Have a good personality and interpersonal skills, and be willing to learn.
