Job Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Warehouse Store Keeper 具备仓库管理员相关工作经验

2. Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills, with a strong attention to detail 具备良好的组织及记录能力，并注重工作细节

3. Proficient in using warehouse software for management 熟悉使用仓库管理软件

4. Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia."We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be communicate with China Staff. 精通普通话、英语及马来语。我们正在寻找能够使用普通话与中国员工沟通的候选人。

Job description

1. Receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording all incoming stock and materials 接收、检查并准确记录所有进货的库存及物料

2. Maintaining detailed records of warehouse inventory, including stock levels and locations 维护详细的仓库库存记录，包括库存数量及存放位置

3. Conducting regular stock takes and reconciliations to ensure accurate inventory levels 定期进行库存盘点及账目核对，确保库存数量准确

4. Assisting with the storage and organisation of goods in the warehouse 协助货物的存放及仓库整理工作

5. Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment 保持仓库环境整洁、安全及井然有序

6. Providing support and guidance to other warehouse staff as needed 根据需要为其他仓库员工提供协助及指导
