Kerja Sepenuh Masa IT Executive (Hardware), Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Medivest Johor - Maukerja

Provide daily technical support to users and MOH Hospital and able to troubleshoot user hardware problems.

Follow-up and resolve user hardware and applications’ problems with vendors to ensure timely resolution.

Response, investigate, diagnose, repair and solve computer software, hardware faults and network connectivity issue.

Liaise with vendors/suppliers for any trouble-shoot purposes on hardware, applications and systems.

Update and maintain IT infrastructure system-related guidelines and manuals for the organization.

Participate and assist in IT audit ISO Certification ISO/IEC 27000-1 / ISO/IEC ************* and business-related certifications review.

Participate in other IT projects/activities as assigned.

Assist in every related area of IT Infrastructure whenever required to ensure the continuous smooth running of the IT department.

Perform periodic audit on software inventory to ensure software used in the organization are legitimate and compliance.

Perform periodic user hardware and server audit for MOH Hospital and Company.

Continuously review and monitor system security and policy for improvement.

Be aware of current developments and issues in information technology and keeping abreast of new developments.

Provide periodical Information, Communication and Technology Reports and Analysis as required.

Adhere and observe all the government laws and regulations, Quality Assurance Program and Company’s rules and regulations.

Ensure actions and decisions are always guided by the Company’s mission and key corporate values.

Any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
