Kerja Sepenuh Masa Civil Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Sia Her Yam Realty Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage planning, infrastructure and authority submissions.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and government authorities.
• Prepare project correspondence, letters and technical documents.
• Calculate earthwork quantities and assist with project coordination.
• Follow up on authority approvals, site inspections and required clearances.
• Assist with consultant claims, authority payments and CCC application.
• Attend project and consultant meetings.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
• Knowledge of authority submission procedures is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for site/authority matters.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
