About The Job

you will direct site capacity expansion and end-to-end material flow across regional manufacturing operations,

• Lead total capacity ramp-up across dedicated production modules to meet corporate revenue targets.
• Direct end-to-end work-in-progress material flows across multiple regional manufacturing facilities.
• Oversee the production logistics planning team to drive operational excellence and high-performance standards.
• Align 26-week demand execution scenarios with cross-functional operational and divisional leaders.
• Standardize and optimize production planning tools, systems, and operational methodologies.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain planning within a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Over 5 years of proven experience leading and managing multi-level operational planning teams.
• Strong background in capacity modeling, demand scenario planning, and cross-site material flow optimization.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning applications and enterprise data tools.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
