Your Role

Host CARSOME livestreams on TikTok and other platforms to engage customers, generate quality leads and help turn interested viewers into car orders.

What You'll Do

Host scheduled livestream sessions and interact with viewers.

Introduce CARSOME cars, products and promotions.

Answer customer questions and understand their needs.

Recommend suitable cars based on customer requirements.

Generate quality Blue Form leads through the livestream.

Guide interested customers with the right CTA.

Conduct vehicle walkthroughs when required.

Do basic research before livestream sessions.

Support short content when needed.

Take care of livestream devices and return them after use.

What We're Looking For

Confident and comfortable speaking on camera.

Comfortable talking about cars and willing to learn.

Friendly, helpful and not overly pushy or shouty.

Comfortable walking around and doing vehicle walkthroughs.

Able to think and respond quickly during LIVE.

Team player and open to feedback.

Previous livestream, sales, customer service or automotive experience is a plus.

Performance

Your performance is measured by:

Livestream Hours

Leads per Hour

Unique Lead → Car Order Rate

Performance contributes to the livestream incentive scheme.

Monthly livestream commitment:

Contract Full-Time: 100 hours/month

Freelance: up to 50 hours/month
