Tanggungjawab
- Develop, maintain, and implement policies/plans/procedures/guidelines/publication pertaining to occupational health, industrial hygiene, and environmental management.
- To coordinate site activities and progress
- To attend internal and external auditors' queries
- monitor schedule waste and any equipment related to discharging or the environment.
- responsible for implementing the requirement of the safety and health management system
- to promote a high-level safety and health management awareness
- take pro-active measure to identify hazard, assess the risk and implement suitable control measures to eliminate all dangers
- To ensure subcontractors comply to the requirements of the safety and health management system which outlined their responsibilities and commitments
- Review Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Risk Control (HIRARC) and job hazard analysis (JSA) before its execution
- Conduct comprehensive worksite evaluations to identify potential health and environment hazard, including exposure to hazardous chemical, noise, vibration, biological agent, and physical hazards.
- Build and maintain positive working relationship with ci-workers, relevant stakeholders and the public using principles of good customer service.
- Maintain pertinent information on Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and to ensure the relevant communication information is distributed to the responsible party.
- Review safety management system in order to introduce improvement and amendments as to reflect the changes work situation and progress at site.
- To submit a monthly safety and health report and monthly statistic record for DOSH and HQ record.
- Liaise with DOSH, DOE, Police, BOMBA or other relevant government agencies with regards health safety and security matters affecting workers.
- Compile and submit Dangerous Occurrence, Occupational Poisoning and Occupational Disease Regulations 2004. [NADOPOD], JKKP8, monthly report to relevant parties involved (internal/external)
- conduct air sampling, noise monitoring, water quality maintenance and other specialized test to assess the level of exposure to different agents and determine compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor schedule waste and equipment related to discharging or the environment
- Analyze and interpret data collected from monitoring activities and prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Conduct incident investigations related to occupational illnesses or exposures and environmental compliance
- Engage with relevant stakeholders and set goals and target in industrial hygiene, occupational health and environmental.
