About the role
This role involves performing phone and electronic device repair work, identifying problems and damage, and providing customers with explanations about issues and repair processes while maintaining professional service standards.
Key responsibilities
Perform phone and device repair work and troubleshooting
Identify problems and damage on phones
Provide explanations to customers regarding problems and repair processes
Deliver good and professional customer service
Ensure all repairs are carried out carefully and according to company procedures
Maintain cleanliness and safety of workspace and technical equipment
Carry out other related tasks as directed by supervisor
About you
Minimum qualification: Diploma
Basic experience in repairing phones and electronic devices
Interest in technical and electronics fields
Able to work individually and in teams
Responsible, diligent and willing to learn
Good communication and customer service skills
